In November, Festo Didactic participated in the ACTE trade show in Atlanta, Georgia..  Festo Didactic displayed its newest training products including the MPS PA 204 and Compact PCS for Process Automation training, as well as several new MPS products for teaching Mechatronics, the state-of-the-art in advanced automation technology training.  In addition, we demonstrated a new series of Desktop Trainers, intended for teaching automation technology at the high school level.

5th International Press Conference

Representatives from US at International Press Conference

During the first week of December, 2006, about 100 journalists from 18 countries answered the invitation from Festo Headquarters in Germany to attend the 5th International Press Conference in Vienna, Austria. The presentations included trend-setting automation products such as camera systems, microwave sensors and intelligent hybrid solutions made up with electric and pneumatic drive technology.

Seven journalists accompanied by Cheryl Sabatelli, Public Relations and Events Manager for Festo-USA, represented publications such as InTech Magazine, Machine Design, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Packaging World, Control Design, Motion System Design, and Automation World.
